Guest Speaker: Mark Scrano
Director at Piscataquis County Economic Development Corporation, Mark has worked for PCEDC for quite a few years and although that organization is very different than ours, he has valuable insight in economic development, PCEDC represents all of Piscataquis County. As you know, PCEDC is a member of the PenQuis Pine Tree Zone as we are, so Mark and I work together on that committee along with Newport and Corinna.
